2023年2月13日、ちくま学芸文庫の一冊として『メディアの生成：アメリカ・ラジオの動態史』が復刊しました。
原著は僕の初の単著で、ちょうど30年前、1993年2月に世に出ました。
30年前の僕は、僕であって、しかしもはや僕ではない他者であり、その他者なる僕との対話は、この上もなくスリリングでした。
この本の出版を支えてくださったすべての方々に、心から感謝いたします。
本当にありがとうございました。
これからも毎日コツコツ勉強して、学生たちと楽しく学んで、そしてフルブーストかけてあらたな本や論文、その他のメディア作品やメディア実践を生み出していきます。

On February 13, “Media no Seisei: Amerika Rajio no Doutaishi (The Formation of Media: A Dynamic History of American Broad Casting)” is being reprinted as a volume in the Chikuma Gakugei Bunko collection.
The original book, my first monograph, appeared in February 1993, exactly 30 years ago.
I of thirty years ago was me, but no longer me, the other, and the dialogue with the other me was the most thrilling.
I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart all those who supported the publication of this book.
